Race Route
The Matching 10k Run is a marshalled course that follows a circular route starting opposite Stock Hall on Potash Road in Matching Green and then through Pear Tree Green, Manwood Green and along Downhall Road, turning into Matching past Matching Church into Matching Tye, before meandering back towards Matching Green. Please note that part of the race route passes through private land (marked RED on the Route Map) and participants are asked to note that with the exception of race day, this part of the route is secured by a locked gate and no access to this part of the route is allowed or possible. The Matching 10K Run is being run in accordance with UKA/EA principles. The course is gently undulating and on road throughout.
Finish Line
The race finishes on Matching Village Green, behind the cricket pavilion on Potash Road and there is plenty of space for spectators. You will be funnelled to collect your water and finishers t-shirts etc. We suggest you agree a meeting point with friends and family on the Village Green outside the finish area to avoid congestion and as a courtesy for runners who have yet to finish.
