Matching Mini-Mile Colour Run
Family Fun Run

The Matching Mini-Mile Colour Run (organised by Matching Green C of E Primary School and its P.T.A.) is a fun run around the village of Matching Green.  It will consist of two laps of the Green, with colour stations at various points where participants will be showered in vibrant, authentic Holi coloured powder paints. Each participant will receive a white T-shirt, sunglasses and a medal when they finish the run.  Great fun for all the family, DO NOT MISS OUT.  Limited numbers available.  It starts at 12:30pm and lasts for around 30 minutes.  It's lots of fun to be shared whilst raising funds for our local primary school.

Single ticket for Matching Mini-Mile Colour Fun Run - £15.00

One entry ticket to join the colour fun run.  Your ticket allows entry to join the colour fun run on the day, a goodie bag including a T-shirt, sunglasses and your medal.

Family ticket for Matching Mini-Mile Colour Fun Run - £50.00

A family ticket to join the fun on the day of the colour run.  This allows 2 adults and 2 children to enter the fun run, a goodie bag including a T-shirt, sunglasses and medals.

If you wish your child to take part, it is your responsibility to read the details below and take responsibility for their safety.

  1. The run is approximately a 1-mile loop around Matching Village Green.  It is not a timed race.

  2. The run will start at 12:30pm, promptly after the 10k prize giving.

  3. Runners will be asked to line up in age order – oldest/faster runners at the front 10-15 yrs first; 7-10.  The course is not suitable for buggies and are not allowed.  Runners with dogs at the back.

  4. We ask that no child under the age of 8 run by themselves.  If you choose to allow your child to run unaccompanied, as the parent/responsible adult this is your decision.

  5. Runners will be led in age order to the start line.

  6. Our race marshals are in place to ensure the safety of all runners, together with first aiders and medical support at the start and finish of the race.

  7. A race marshal will be following the back runner and would also hope that other runners would help if they saw a child in distress.

  8. Every effort is made to help ensure your child has a good and safe fun run, BUT we cannot guarantee that they will not get lost or hurt themselves and cannot accept any liability for such events.

  9. All Fun Runners can collect their T-shirts, medals, sunglasses and goodie bag from Race HQ.

  10. If your child is running by themselves we suggest you agree a place where you will meet them once they have finished the Fun Run.

  11. All missing / found children will be taken to Race HQ and announcements made every 5 minutes to locate the responsible adult.
